Our available days and times are shown in Blue on the Calendar. Our system won’t allow double booking so it will grey out any options for appointment types that aren’t available if they cause a clash. If that happens, please choose an alternative appointment date or time.
What length of appointment to book?
Standard Design appointments for one or two items are 45 minutes while Standard Collection appointments are 15 minutes. In response to feedback we’ve also now introduced a Quick Design Appointment of 30 minutes, especially useful for repeat orders or for collecting multiple items. Remember: If you need longer, for example if you have multiple items to bring with you or a more complex design is likely, then you can mix and match appointment types to get the amount of time you need. Just let us know brief details in the comments box when you book. Worried the appointment time is too long as you will be really quick? Or that if you book a long appointment you won’t use it all? We hate people to feel rushed so it isn’t a problem. It just gives us more framing time between customers!
How to register:
Just enter your details and create a password when you see the prompt. Do keep those details safe as you can then log back in to amend bookings or book again in the future. Please do make sure you complete the process all the way through to it giving you a booking number. We hold all your information securely and in full compliance with GDPR regulations. The system will automatically send an email confirmation and appointment reminders. Sometimes the emails may go into your spam or junk folders, so do check them if you do not receive anything once you have booked your slot(s). Any problems with booking, please call us and we can book things for you over the phone.
